About This Palworld Breeding Calculator
Palworld Breeding Calculator is a free fan-made tool that computes breeding results for Palworld — which Pal hatches from two parents, every combination that produces a chosen Pal, and the shortest breeding chain from the Pals you own.
Where the data comes from
The breeding data is the game's own table, taken from the open-source PalCalc project's game-derived database (version v28) and cross-checked against a second, independently extracted game dataset and against palworld.gg's published Breeding Power values (all 297 Pals listed there matched exactly, value for value; the dataset here adds Panthalus and the Terraria-crossover Pals for the full 299). Rather than trusting the popular "closest power wins" shortcut — which is wrong for a large share of pairings — the calculator's engine reproduces the game's actual structure: fixed Breeding Power bands plus the special-combination overrides.
How it was verified
The engine on this site was tested against every entry of the full breeding table: 44,851 of 44,851 pairings reproduced exactly, including all same-species pairs, all 118 special combinations and the gender-dependent Katress + Wixen pairing. If you ever find a result here that disagrees with the current live game, the game has likely been patched — new Pals or balance changes alter the table, and the data here is refreshed from the game data after major updates.
